1Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed through madpunk.com and related MADPUNK online services operated by Seven Platform Solutions LLC (SPS, we, us, or our). It covers visitors, registered users, playtesters, people who request crowdfunding notifications, creators who submit work or inquiries, and people who contact us.
This Policy does not govern independent third-party websites or services that you visit through external links. Where a third-party provider processes information for its own independent purposes, its own privacy notice also applies.
2Controller and EU Representative
Seven Platform Solutions LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this Policy unless another notice expressly states otherwise.
For purposes of Article 27 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation where it applies, SPS has designated 007 iVenture Innovations Limited, an Irish private company limited by shares with CRO number 551996 and registered address at The Tara Building, 11-15 Tara Street, Dublin D02 RY83, Ireland, as its representative in the European Union for MADPUNK privacy matters. The EU Representative may be contacted at ops@007i.xyz. This appointment does not make the EU Representative the controller of MADPUNK user data and does not transfer ownership or operation of MADPUNK to that company.
3Personal Information We Collect
Please do not send us sensitive personal information, special-category data, financial account information, government identifiers, medical information, or other data that is not reasonably necessary for the MADPUNK service or the specific communication.

4How We Use Information and Legal Bases
We use personal information only for purposes connected with operating, securing, developing, and communicating about MADPUNK. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, the applicable basis depends on the purpose and context of the processing.

6Service Providers
Our provider stack may change as MADPUNK develops. If a change materially affects how personal information is processed, we will update this Policy.

8International Processing and Transfers
SPS is a United States company and MADPUNK is operated on international cloud infrastructure. Personal information may therefore be processed in the United States and in other countries where SPS or its service providers operate.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use appropriate contractual or recognized transfer mechanisms, which may include standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, approved data-transfer frameworks, or other lawful mechanisms available to the relevant provider and processing relationship.
9Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to provide an active account, respond to a communication, manage a submission, maintain security, honor notification preferences, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or satisfy legal obligations.
Account information is generally retained while the account remains active and may be retained for a limited period after closure where needed for security, backups, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Playtest feedback, creator correspondence, and submissions may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate, document, or manage the relevant contribution or rights relationship. Provider-level logs and backups are retained according to provider configuration, contractual terms, security needs, and applicable law.
10Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or objection to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You may unsubscribe from optional email notifications by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the message or by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right protected by applicable law.
To exercise a privacy right, contact master@madpunk.com. Users in the European Union may also contact the EU Representative at ops@007i.xyz and may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
11No Sale, Targeted Advertising, or Profiling
MADPUNK does not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use personal information for targeted advertising based on activity across unrelated websites or services. We do not currently use advertising or marketing cookies.
If this model changes materially, we will update this Policy and implement any notice, consent, or opt-out mechanism required by applicable law before using the relevant technology.
12Children
The online account and submission features are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through those features. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Where local law requires parental or guardian authorization for a younger user to provide personal information or use an online account, that authorization must be obtained before the relevant data is submitted.
13Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include secure hosting and authentication infrastructure, access controls, encrypted network transport where appropriate, and security monitoring provided by SPS and its service providers.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for keeping their own account access secure and should notify us if they believe an account has been compromised.
14Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services, providers, legal requirements, or processing activities change. The effective date at the top of the current Policy identifies the version in force. Where a material change affects registered users, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
