Physical description

Height: 1.85 m. Portraits from his revolutionary years show a powerful build, broad shoulders, an angular face, and a strong jaw. Thick dark hair combed back and a full beard. No recent public image is available.

Education and training

Basic rural schooling and practical training in farm work. Self-taught in Marxist politics. He acquired his military skills through service as a soldier and revolutionary warfare.

Career

He comes from a farming family. Drawn to Marxist ideals, he joined the Bolsheviks and fought as a soldier in the 1917 revolution. After its defeat, he took refuge in Austro-Hungarian Ukraine under the protection of the Ukrainian Front.

During the Great War, he led the group that captured Mater Zima, the Russian Empire's largest Leviathan. His advance on Moscow, accompanied by thousands of peasants in the Red March, culminated in the tsar's surrender. He then led revolutionary forces against Austria-Hungary.

After the revolutionary coalition, the Pan-Slavic Revolutionary People's Party (PSRPP), won the election, the Party proclaimed him Hegemon. Under his leadership, the coalition merged with the structures of the former revolutionary movement, creating the Inter-Comintern as the Union's governing party.

He promised to relinquish power once the communist project was secure. His rule consolidated the dictatorship, the Union's atomic arsenal, and his personality cult. He created the Temporary Commission for Counterintelligence and Security (VKKB), presented as a provisional measure against espionage, sabotage, and treason.

Character and interests

Charismatic, tenacious, and deeply identified with the revolutionary project. His fear of the Union's destruction has fueled growing paranoia and an obsession with atomic power. He regards political opposition as a threat to communism's survival.

Capabilities

Experience in guerrilla warfare, military command, and political organization. He has shown an ability to mobilize the population and unite revolutionary forces under a single leadership. He has no powers.

Current situation

He remains in seclusion, kept alive artificially by advanced machinery and Cores. He has not appeared in public for more than a decade, fueling rumors of his death. After more than four decades in office, he retains his title and a ceremonial court, while the Party and bureaucracy govern in his name from Moscow.
