Military training. Training institutions and service record: .
Career
He comes from a well-connected Russian family with ties to senior army commanders. During his military service, he fought with an officer; both fell through a window from a considerable height. The officer died, and Ilya survived with severe injuries and shattered arms.
He was transferred to Moscow in an attempt to save his life. There, he became the subject of a joint experimental project between and the Palace of Sparrows. His family was informed of his death. He has suffered from amnesia since the incident and accepts the identity supplied by those responsible for him as his own.
Character and interests
Antiauthoritarian, nonconformist, and hostile to hierarchies. His punk ideals rest on individual freedom, equality, and rejection of state control.
Insolent, boastful, impatient, and brutal, he is loyal to his friends and refuses to take orders. Sex, alcohol, and provocation are part of his way of life.
Capabilities
His experimental reconstruction makes him a highly effective living weapon. His mechanical limbs have no tactile sensitivity, so he cannot feel contact through his hands.
Intelligence value
He offers his services to the highest bidder: he needs income to pay for his maintenance. This allows him to be hired as a combat asset without requiring ideological allegiance to a bloc.
Exploitable vulnerabilities
He depends on the black market for repairs, tungsten injections, and mini-Cores. Access to these supplies and services provides a direct means of exerting pressure on him.
