House of Kars
Those who answer to neither bloc
The House of Kars is a criminal organization rooted in the Armenian–Turkish borderlands. It combines smuggling and clandestine services with a specialty that attracts clients from far beyond its usual territory: provoking incidents with international repercussions while leaving as little evidence as possible.
Regional activity
Its established network operates across Turkey, Armenia, and the Caucasus. Border trade, smuggling, and the recruitment of specialists form part of its business in the region. From this base, it also accepts assignments requiring operations elsewhere.
The House of Kars is a regular client of the Berlin Guild, since many of its customers require mini-Cores and tungsten smuggled out of the IURR.
International operations
Clients turn to the House of Kars when they want to provoke an international incident and make it difficult to prove who arranged it. Discreet execution and the difficulty of attributing responsibility are central to these assignments.
Its reputation rests on its ability to cause repercussions beyond its home region while keeping its involvement difficult to trace.
