Hyperion Motors
BLUE BLOC
Hyperion Motors is the technology conglomerate and automobile manufacturer that leads Tokyo’s megacorporations. Its control of essential infrastructure and industrial position make it one of the city’s principal sources of power and Columbian influence in Japan.
Establishment in Tokyo
Hyperion was the first Columbian company to establish itself in Tokyo after the city was subordinated to FNC corporate interests. Construction of the Helion Core, an enormous underground nuclear reactor, supplied energy for its urban and industrial expansion.
Its headquarters occupies Astraeus Tower, Tokyo’s largest and tallest skyscraper. Beneath the building lies the reactor that supplies the city.
Technology and transport
In addition to manufacturing automobiles, Hyperion developed the hypersonic trains that cross Japan. Tokyo’s station, beside Astraeus Tower and powered by the Helion Core, connects the city with the rest of the country through vast tracks and tunnels.
The importance of this infrastructure extends the company’s influence far beyond vehicle sales. Power generation and transport place Hyperion at the center of Tokyo’s economic activity.
