Degree in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University. Postgraduate specialization in Economics and International Trade at the London School of Economics. Fluent in Russian, Spanish, English, Japanese, and Arabic.
Career
He comes from a Russian family that has controlled agricultural interests for generations. He inherited the Golitsin family's position and extended his economic interests into both blocs. He is the majority investor in Great Green Fruits and has financed the counterrevolutionary Sons of Simon for years while remaining loyal to the IURR.
He supported Stalova's arrest of Tarás Bondarenko after Bondarenko encroached on his business sector.
Character and interests
Sociable, ostentatious, and fond of luxury and excess. He enjoys bringing business leaders, artists, intellectuals, and officials together at exclusive parties. He smokes cigars and collects exotic and mutated animals, particularly dangerous specimens that are difficult to obtain. He is said to throw servants to his beasts as punishment.
