Wiki

Physical description

Height: 1.69 m. Thin build, angular face, and prominent cheekbones. Light, slightly wavy, shoulder-length hair. Stern expression. No glasses.

Education and training

She graduated in Law from Leningrad State University at the top of her class. During her studies, she earned the title of Master of Sport in sambo (Samozashchita Bez Oruzhiya: “self-defense without weapons”). The VKKB recruited her upon graduation.

Career

She spent three years stationed on the border of the Dead Zone. Her activities during that period are listed as CLASSIFIED — OMEGA-7 LEVEL.

She later moved into Counterintelligence, investigating infiltration, bribery, and disloyalty within the Inter-Comintern and working from a young age with Nikolái Petróvich Voronin, now the Party's general secretary. She subsequently led investigations into the VKKB itself and rose to its leadership. Under her direction, the organization continues to expand its influence within the IURR.

Character and interests

Tough, relentless, and possessed of nerves of steel—qualities that gave rise to the name Stalova. She is a fervent believer in the revolutionary ideals promoted by the IURR.

She speaks softly and measures her gestures. She uses the fear she inspires, identifies rivalries among those she deals with, and exploits them to impose her decisions.

Capabilities

Extensive experience in counterintelligence, internal investigations, and handling compromising information. Expert in hand-to-hand combat.

She is suspected of having acquired a psychotronic ability during her posting on the Dead Zone border. She did not pass through the usual identification and training channels. Both the nature and the extent of her possible power are unknown.

Intelligence value

She is the de facto head of the IURR's espionage apparatus and knows the secrets and loyalties of its leading officials. Her relationship with Voronin gives her direct access to Party leadership. Her decisions can alter the balance between the security agencies, military commanders, and oligarchs.

Exploitable vulnerabilities

None known.
