Education and training
Infantry officer training at a higher command school in Moscow. Advanced studies in strategy, political economy, and military administration.
Career
He comes from a military family with ties to the early Bolsheviks. His army career took him from platoon command to the rank of colonel. While stationed on the Dead Zone border, he commanded a battalion and later a regiment, leading investigations into smuggling, corruption in military supplies, and officers' complicity with clandestine networks.
From that posting, he moved directly to an inspector's position in the central Inter-Comintern apparatus. During this period, he worked with a young Irina Stalova on investigations into infiltration, bribery, and disloyalty within the Party. He later became the Central Committee secretary responsible for organization and cadres before reaching his current position.
Character and interests
Tough, disciplined, and relentless. A fervent defender of the IURR's revolutionary ideals, he demands obedience and maintains an iron grip on the Party. First is the only Union leader for whom he shows genuine respect. He has practiced sambo since his military training.
Capabilities
Experience in troop command, internal inspection, and assessing political and military cadres. He knows the Party apparatus's selection, promotion, and dismissal procedures. He has no psychotronic abilities.
Intelligence value
His role in appointments gives him direct influence over those who hold decisive positions in the IURR. He knows their backgrounds, loyalties, and internal connections. His relationship with First forms a fundamental link between political leadership and the intelligence services.
