Education and training
Degree in Physics and doctorate in Nuclear Physics from Moscow State University.
Career
He began his career researching nuclear reactions and materials before moving into atomic weapons development. He took on increasing responsibilities until he was directing IURR scientific programs.
He later expanded his work to reactors and Core technology, connecting their military, energy, and industrial applications. He reached the deanship of the Atomic Academy with firsthand knowledge of its main projects and the teams responsible for them.

He speaks calmly and exercises an intimidating authority. He remains composed in a crisis and openly challenges the decisions of other leaders.
He is an extreme advocate of IURR nuclear power. He considers its supremacy essential to achieving the Revolution's ideals and is willing to accept universal destruction rather than defeat.
