Inter-Comintern
RED BLOC
The Inter-Comintern is the ruling party of the International Union of Revolutionary Republics and monopolizes its political power. Its General Secretariat is headquartered in the Moscow Kremlin. The Party and bureaucracy govern in the name of the Hegemon, who retains his title but has not appeared in public for more than a decade.
Revolutionary origins
After the failure of the Russian Revolution of 1917, Bolshevik survivors took refuge abroad and maintained ties with other revolutionary movements. The future Hegemon found protection in Austro-Hungarian Ukraine alongside the Ukrainian Front.
During the Great War, revolutionary forces overthrew imperial power and cleared the way for new republics. The Pan-Slavic Revolutionary People’s Party coalition (PSRPP) won the elections and proclaimed Alexandr “Alexis” Bol’shoy Hegemon. Under his leadership, the coalition merged with the structures of the former revolutionary movement, giving rise to the Inter-Comintern as the Union’s ruling party.
Central Committee and Presidium
The Central Committee coordinates the Party’s leadership and organizational apparatus. Selecting, promoting, and removing officials allows it to control key administrative positions and maintain political discipline.
The Presidium holds the highest political authority and is headed by the Inter-Comintern’s General Secretary. From Moscow, this structure exercises effective government in the Hegemon’s name and maintains the relationship among the Party apparatus, military commanders, and security bodies.
Government and administration
A bureaucracy of more than ten million people coordinates its work through analog machinery, strict procedures, and widespread use of Synthetic Minds, which are essential to its operation. The Party directs this structure and the mechanisms organizing production, distribution, and state activity.
The Hegemon’s rule consolidated the dictatorship, the atomic arsenal, and the VKKB, which he created as a temporary commission against espionage, sabotage, and treason. The Atomic Academy and the security apparatus are among the institutions sustaining Union power. Oligarchs retain economic and political influence reaching into both blocs.
